Defensibility Audit
Focused either by you or our Risk Profiling (see below), this Audit compares what you say you do...with what you actually do.
Amongst other things, its findings will assist you to consider...
- The possible cost and likelihood of successful Civil and or Criminal action against the organisation and or any employee, manager, senior manager or officer;
- Whether you say enough...or too much;
- What you actually do...and what you do not do;
- What you do well...and why;
- The priorities for any relevant continual improvement opportunities.
Risk Profiling
Based on your activities, in-house and externally relevant data, we identify your 'high five' significant risks. These then provide an initial information base from which the organisation can consider, prioritise and develop its future continual improvement initiatives.
A key benefit of this approach is that it is driven by factual information specific to, and uniquely focused on, the organisation; this, as opposed to being steered by short-term external influences or fads.
Real Time Scenario Modeling
Scenario Modeling allows one of the ‘high five' significant risks to be selected and played out in real-time such that defined organisational functions can be assessed in practice. The entire system can be interrogated from ‘coal face’ to boardroom and exposed (in confidence if need be), ‘warts and all’.
As with Defensibility Audits, Scenarios enable the most rigorous testing of policy and practice but, with a number of extremely important benefits that do not arise when such testing occurs post-accident;
